International Conference on “Advanced Computing and Communication ( ICACC-2010)
For the first time in the history of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, an International Conference on “Advanced Computing and Communication” was held on 3rd – 4th May, 2010. More than 70 delegates from various parts of India and abroad attended the conference. The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Mathew J Palakal, Dean, Indiana Purdue University, USA, in the presence of Rev. Fr. Jose Kannampuzha , Principal and other distinguished dignitaries . Other keynote speakers for the conference included Dr. Prahlad Vadekkepatt from National University of Singapure and Fr. Biju John from Kingston University, London. A total of 68 manuscripts out of 567 were shortlisted for the conference. Paper presentations in both computing as well as communication tracks, were held concurrently with healthy and lively participation from delegates.
